Missouri International Student Council (MISC) is a student organization at the University of Missouri and represents International Students interests while in Columbia, Mo. The Ashwood blaze was unintentionally started by unattended cooking by several international students. Further, many victims of the fire are international students who have special passport/visa concerns.

After discussing the situation with our constituancy, it was important for them to effectively raise support, for not only international students, but for all victims of the fire. MU's international community wishes to give all support equally among the victims, since, "We are all Mizzou."
